Full Job Description
EY India is seeking a talented Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our ServiceNow Practice in Mumbai. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be a key member of a cross-functional development team, creating innovative workflow solutions across various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and Integrations.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing data interfaces with other enterprise systems, developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules, and configuring core ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs with advanced scripting. You will also be responsible for developing and managing operational metrics reporting and dashboards, collaborating with project teams to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project delivery, and supporting the analysis of customer requirements and development of user stories. Performing application testing and creating system documentation are also integral parts of this role.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills, and experience with Agile methodologies for software development. Successful candidates will possess technical qualifications including ServiceNow Admin certification (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for any module, and Certified Application Developer.
