The Role

Join Veeva's mission to build the industry cloud for life sciences. We offer a modern cloud solution designed to optimize laboratories through increased efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes. This role involves partnering with our clients to implement Veeva LIMS, one of Veeva’s newest products within the Quality Cloud. If you are passionate about bringing disruptive technology to customers and have innovative ideas for successful GxP software implementation, this role will empower you to drive new product adoption through successful implementations.

This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. While remote, candidates should be in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements for customer-facing engagements. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in India. Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visas for this position.

What You'll Do

• Participate in projects at life sciences companies, focusing on the design and deployment of Quality & Manufacturing applications.
• Support Functional Analysts in workshops and engage in customer discussions regarding the Vault Quality suite (Vault QMS, Vault QualityDocs, Vault Training) for quality/content management solution design, prototyping, configuration, and documentation.
• Configure Veeva Vault Quality Suite solutions based on customer requirements, including workflows, document types, security settings, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, formatted output reports, and notifications.
• Leverage out-of-the-box features and best practices for solution strategy and configuration.
• Assess the impact of changes on existing configurations and collaborate with key stakeholders to make timely, informed decisions.
• Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams, including solution design and configuration, data migration, and systems integration.
• Ensure customer success throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid analytical and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to act with speed to understand business requirements and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to design and implement solutions.
• Exposure to life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Quality operations within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech industry, or equivalent.
