Role OverviewAs a Managed Services Consultant at Mavens (a Komodo Health company), you will be the primary long-term partner for our customers in the Life Sciences industry, acting as an integrated extension of their IT team. You'll balance administrative support with complex release management to ensure Salesforce-based solutions drive digital engagement and workflow success.

Key Responsibilities

• Led Stakeholder Engagement: Drive weekly status calls, vendor alignments, design reviews, and maintain the RAIL (Rolling Action Item Log).
• Release Planning & Governance: Create release timelines, define roadmaps with customers, and provide technical recommendations for evolving needs.
• Analyze Business Needs: Lead requirements gathering sessions and assess Level of Effort (LOE) for functional items on the Force.com platform.
• DevOps & Deployment: Manage repositories, promote builds to higher environments, and perform spot checks after deployment.
• Maintain Documentation: Author comprehensive requirements, test cases, integration specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
• Testing & QA Support: Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ongoing Support: Manage the full user lifecycle (creation/deactivation), maintain data integrity, triage issues from error reports, and generate customer reports.

Required Competencies & Education

• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Force.com architecture and solutioning.
• Functional Advisory: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences ("How-to" assistance).
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional written/verbal skills with seamless translation between stakeholders.
• Project Management: Core knowledge of timelines, LOE assessment, and delivery coordination.

Note: Life Sciences experience is a significant plus. Bachelor's degree preferred; Salesforce Certification required.
