Join our fast-moving, high-growth Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) team. This practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds, serving capital market participants worldwide. You'll experience variety, challenge, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Act as a Business Analyst with expertise in Banking & Financial Services, preferably in Risk Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to define project goals.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track requirements and workflows.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to support business decisions.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in business processes.
• Create and maintain business process models, use cases, and user stories.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support change management efforts by preparing training materials and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile methodology is essential.

Eligibility: Bachelors/Masters in a relevant stream from a premier institute.
