Role Overview

As a Consultant at Trigent in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for achieving individual key performance metrics for assigned business processes while adhering to quality standards. You will work under the guidance and supervision of a mentor or lead, ensuring compliance with process standard operating procedures. A key aspect of this role involves identifying process-related scenarios, performing proactive analysis, and proposing solutions or process improvements.

Key Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to understand the basic nature of the domain and relate it to the entire value chain of mortgage and title insurance solutions, time share property, claims servicing & claims prevention.
• Basic knowledge of Mortgage and Title Insurance Concepts.
• Proficiency in retrieving relevant information using appropriate online business-related websites.
• Skill in using tools to perform required searches and collate information effectively.
• Ability to process tasks of simple, medium, and high complexity.
• Adherence to set guidelines and frameworks for all work products.
• Maintenance of compliance with quality metrics.
• Demonstrated culture of FTR (First Time Right) while processing orders.
• Agility in quickly unlearning and learning various tools, processes, and controls to deliver effectively.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of formal education (Diploma/Graduate in Commerce/Arts/Business Administration).

This position is specifically for 2025 graduates.

Work Schedule & Logistics

Shift: Exclusively night shifts.

Transportation: One-way cab facilities will be provided.

Interview: Availability for a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview is required.
