Consultant Role and Responsibilities

The Consultant is responsible for achieving individual key performance metrics for assigned business processes, adhering to quality standards under the guidance of a mentor or lead. Accountability includes following process standard operating procedures. The role also involves identifying process-related scenarios, conducting proactive analysis, and proposing solutions or process improvements.

Core Competencies

• Understanding the fundamental nature of the domain and its relation to the entire value chain of mortgage and title insurance solutions, time share property, claims servicing, and claims prevention.
• Basic knowledge of Mortgage and Title Insurance Concepts.
• Ability to retrieve relevant information using appropriate online business websites.
• Proficiency in using tools to perform required searches and collate information.
• Capability to process tasks of simple, medium, and high complexity.
• Adherence to set guidelines and frameworks for all work products.
• Maintaining compliance with quality metrics.
• Demonstrating a 'First Time Right' (FTR) culture in order processing.
• Quickly unlearning and learning various tools, processes, and controls for effective delivery.

Technical Skills

Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of formal education. Diploma/Graduate in Commerce/Arts/Business Administration.
