Role & Responsibilities

As a Consultant, your primary responsibility is to meet individual key performance metrics for assigned business processes while adhering to quality standards under the guidance of a mentor or lead. You will be accountable for following process standard operating procedures. Additionally, you are expected to identify various process-related scenarios, perform proactive analysis, and propose solutions or process improvements.

Competencies

  • Ability to understand the basic nature of the domain and relate it to the entire value chain of mortgage and title insurance solutions, timeshare properties, claims servicing, and claims prevention.
  • Basic knowledge of Mortgage and Title Insurance concepts.
  • Ability to retrieve relevant information using appropriate online business-related websites and tools.
  • Proficiency in performing searches and collating information using these tools.
  • Capability to process tasks of simple, medium, and high complexity.
  • Adherence to set guidelines and frameworks while structuring all work products.
  • Maintenance of compliance with quality metrics.
  • Demonstrated culture of First Time Right (FTR) while processing orders.
  • Ability to quickly unlearn and learn various tools, processes, and controls to deliver effectively.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of formal education. Diploma/Graduate in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration.
