Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects throughout India. This role requires 1-10 years of hands-on experience in construction management, with a proven track record in project leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead construction initiatives from initial planning through final delivery to ensure successful completion within scope and budget.
• Foster collaboration between architects, engineering teams, and contractors to guarantee strict adherence to all technical specifications.
• Create comprehensive project schedules and financial budgets while maintaining rigorous timeline compliance for on-time delivery.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify operational safety standards and regulatory code adherence throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Generate detailed progress reports tailored for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Lead material procurement strategies and equipment acquisition essential for sustaining efficient project timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or operational challenges emerging during various phases of construction execution.

Requirements & Skills

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent related discipline.
• Demonstrate advanced Quantity Surveying competencies paired with robust Construction Management acumen.
• Maintain deep knowledge of diverse construction methodologies and industry-standard procedures for India markets.
• Exhibit exceptional project management capabilities alongside superior organizational efficiency to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Show proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical documentation accurately.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills necessary for leading cross-functional teams and engaging with key stakeholders professionally.
• Understand applicable safety regulations and building codes current across Indian jurisdictions relevant to the construction sector.
