Computer Systems Engineer

Overview

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Computer Systems Engineer to join our team of talented consultants. The individual will serve as the hands-on engineer for installing, configuring, developing, integrating, testing, and sustaining the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform and/or Informatica in NAVSUP AWS GovCloud.

Responsibilities

• Support NAVSUP Business Systems Center by configuring, developing, integrating, testing, documenting, deploying, and sustaining APIs within NAVSUP's AWS GovCloud environment.
• Develop secure, reusable APIs connecting NAVSUP data/logistics systems with WDP/Jupiter, Flank Speed/Power Platform, FMS CDX, and mission partners.
• Implement API lifecycle governance: authentication (DoD PKI), authorization, routing, rate limiting, versioning, monitoring, error handling, incremental updates, and CI/CD automation.
• Maintain code, configurations, test evidence, OpenAPI/Swagger specs, runbooks, and Azure DevOps work items while supporting RMF/STIG activities.
• Install/administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components (API Manager, Runtime Designer) in production AWS GovCloud environments.

Qualifications

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years hands-on experience with Mulesoft/Informatica in government/cloud; CISSP/Security+ certifications; U.S. Citizenship required for T5 clearance access.
