About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Ahmedabad. This role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance to our valued customers, both remotely and through onsite visits. You will be instrumental in resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily technical support to customers via remote access and onsite interventions.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve complex computer hardware and software problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and fundamental network configurations.
- Provide support for basic antivirus management and server-related queries.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems and standard business applications.
- Liaise with internal technical specialists to escalate and resolve advanced technical challenges.
- Undertake travel across Gujarat to attend to customer support requests.
- Document and report on service activities and client updates accurately.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
