Computer Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Hardware Client Coordinator to join our team at Immortal-Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Palam, Delhi. This role is crucial for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. You will be responsible for welcoming incoming customers, acting as a liaison between different organizational departments, and managing client relationships through regular meetings and engagement. Market research on clients, competitors, and the industry will be a key part of your role, alongside delivery management, including requirement gathering, summarization, query clarification, and follow-up. You will also track contract signings, agreement receipts, and overdue collections. Occasional travel may be required. You will provide client assistance in person, via email, or telephonically, schedule meetings, and coordinate the production of client-facing marketing materials. Maintaining client account records, screening feedback, and liaising with departments to provide solutions are also essential duties. Escalating client complaints to the relevant departments and building strong, long-lasting client relationships are paramount. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with computer proficiency, a professional and friendly demeanor, a keen eye for detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
