Communication Designer (Brand, Graphics, Visual, UI/UX)

Enlight Now Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative expert in Graphics, Brand, Visual Designing, and UI/UX. This role involves blending graphic design, marketing, and storytelling to craft compelling visuals that strengthen brand identity and engage diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the company's foundational Brand Book, defining typography, color palettes, grids, iconography, and visual guidelines.
• Lead AI-first design explorations using advanced tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and Stable Diffusion, refining outputs into production-ready assets.
• Spearhead presentation communication design for strategic planning decks, leadership reviews, and business-to-business partnership materials.

Required Skills:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in graphic, communication, or visual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong skills in both vector and pixel workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for design.
• A keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and the creation of scalable design systems.
• Demonstrated high ownership mindset and a proactive, startup-ready energy.

Qualifications:

• Any degree or diploma in Graphic Design, AI Design, Visual Design, or UI/UX Design.

Additional Information:

• Skills in Presentation Design, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop are essential.
