About the Role

We are seeking experienced software engineers (Tech Lead level) to join our team as contractors. This fully remote position is open to candidates in India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and triage GitHub issues across trending open-source libraries.
Set up and configure code repositories, including Dockerization and environment automation.
Evaluate unit test coverage and quality metrics.
Modify and run complex codebases locally to assess LLM performance in bug-fixing scenarios.
Collaborate with researchers to identify challenging repositories for AI models.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of overall software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Javascript (or similar languages).
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Able to navigate complex codebases and test real-world projects locally.

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in LLM research or evaluation projects.
Familiarity with building developer tools or automation agents.
