CMS Specialist

Allianz is looking for a seasoned CMS Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of a new portal. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Contentful, including a proven ability in content modeling, security implementation, general consulting, and adherence to best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

Content Modelling: Design and develop sophisticated content models to meet complex business needs. Demonstrate a history of optimizing content structures for scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content models are robust and prepared for future demands. Skillfully model content to align with existing frontend components for seamless integration and functionality. Develop creative solutions to work effectively within a limited number of content types, ensuring maximum flexibility and usability.

Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain advanced security measures to protect content and user data. Conduct thorough security audits and assessments, with demonstrated experience in addressing vulnerabilities. Ensure strict adherence to international data protection regulations and standards, such as VAIT and DORA.

General Contentful Consulting: Offer expert consulting on advanced Contentful features and functionalities. Possess a proven ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Guide organizations in optimizing workflows and maximizing CMS productivity.

Best Practices: Provide in-depth insights and recommendations on industry-leading CMS implementation practices. Train and mentor internal teams on effectively utilizing Contentful. Meticulously document processes and create comprehensive guidelines for ongoing CMS management.

Requirements: Extensive experience with Headless CMS, including content modeling and management. Successful implementation of an HTML renderer for a headless CMS. Strong consulting skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts.

Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Frontend Technologies, including Headless and Data Modelling; Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and WebComponents for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Experience with CMS Platforms, specifically extensive experience with Contentful CMS and other headless CMS platforms for seamless integration and content management. Responsive Design capabilities to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Proficiency in Version Control Systems, particularly Git, for code management and team collaboration. Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration skills for effective teamwork with backend developers, designers, and product managers. Experience in Performance Optimization, including code minification, lazy loading, and efficient asset management.

Preferred Qualifications: In-depth understanding of web security principles and practices, with a portfolio showcasing successful implementations.

Desirable Skills: Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment processes. Experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for hosting and managing web applications. Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design. Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles to contribute to the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences. Experience working within Agile Methodologies, including participation in sprints and adapting to iterative development processes. Awareness of SEO Best Practices to improve the visibility and searchability of web applications.
