Cloud Technical Account Manager

We are hiring for a Cloud Technical Account Manager to serve as a principal technical advisor and customer advocate for AWS Enterprise Support customers. You will guide customers' adoption of our services including EC2, S3, Lambda, Gen/AI, CDNs, databases (RDS & DynamoDB), IoT, networking, storage, compute, and security solutions. The role involves developing technical strategies to maintain operationally healthy cloud environments by coordinating with engineers and service teams rather than performing direct troubleshooting on customer systems.
