Cloud Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer for our India cloud support hub within a US-headquartered product company. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high uptime and customer trust across multiple global regions.

Your Responsibilities

• Incident & Ticket Management: Triage, resolve, and manage escalations related to cloud infrastructure incidents.
  
  
• End-to-End Incident Response: Lead responses from detection through resolution while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders during outages.

2. Cloud Infrastructure Support: Monitor environments for performance, availability, and cost anomalies; support provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources.
   
   

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with 3 to 7 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure support who possesses:

• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP (networking and compute basics).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, or CloudWatch.
• Clear written and spoken English skills suitable for remote work.
