Cloud Support Engineer

About the Role

We are a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company currently building our founding India cloud support team. By partnering with Flexiple, we offer this exclusive opportunity for talented Cloud Support Engineers.

Role Overview

You will be one of the first dedicated cloud specialists on the ground in India, playing a pivotal role in shaping how we support customers running workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, ensuring environments remain stable and performant.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve customer-reported incidents across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Investigation & Analysis: Investigate deployment failures, network connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Reproduction & Documentation: Reproduce issues in test environments to identify root causes clearly.
• Reliability & Product Partnership: Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues. Contribute to runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and internal documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals with 2-6 years of experience in cloud support, DevOps support, or site reliability roles who have hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You should be comfortable administering Linux systems and possess basic scripting skills in Python or Bash. Excellent written and spoken English is required for effective remote communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (Associate level or higher on AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• A background supporting SaaS or B2B software products.
