Mission: Make Snowflake the preferred platform for all AI, ML, and data engineering workloads by supporting Snowflake Cortex and ML product lines.

• Drive technical solutions to complex problems via email, web, and phone
• Troubleshoot customer use cases built on Snowflake's Cortex and ML stack (Python runtimes)
• Investigate Large Language Models to help customers maximize AI capabilities
• Resolve programmability-related issues including DevOps and Kubernetes
• Partner with engineering teams for resolution of feature requests
