Join Microsoft's Global Customer Success (GCS) organization within Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) as an entry-level Cloud Solution Architect. This role is pivotal in driving customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by leveraging AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovative solutions. You will focus on designing and building AI and Agentic solutions that enhance applications, streamline business processes, and deliver tangible value for customers.

In this position, you will collaborate on technical engagements involving architecture design, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Your work will accelerate the adoption of key Microsoft technologies including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric, Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and various data platforms. You will utilize existing Repeatable IP and execution engines to ensure delivery excellence, drive consumption growth, and achieve successful customer deployments. A core aspect of this role is to deliver repeatable AI and Agentic solutions, leveraging your expertise in priority workloads such as Azure AI, Data Platform services, cloud-native app services, and GitHub.

You will act as a trusted advisor to customer developers and engineers, understanding their priorities and building secure, impactful AI and Agentic solutions. Additionally, you will engage with relevant communities to share knowledge, contribute to IP creation, and learn from others to accelerate customer AI transformation journeys. You will be the 'Voice of the Customer,' providing valuable insights to account teams to identify new opportunities and resolve adoption blockers. Maintaining deep technical expertise and staying current with AI trends is essential, as is contributing to internal and external technical communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customer developers and engineers to understand application, data, and AI priorities, building secure AI & Agentic solutions that drive business value.
  • Participate in technical engagements covering architecture design, POCs, and MVPs to accelerate adoption of Microsoft AI and data platforms.
  • Leverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes and IP for faster customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to communities by sharing expertise, creating IP, and prioritizing re-use.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing feedback with account teams.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in AI, cloud, and developer tools, contributing to technical communities.
  • Actively participate in onboarding, training, and skill development programs.
  • Incorporate coaching feedback to enhance technical accuracy, efficiency, and customer interaction quality.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by aligning skills with current and future customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment.
  • Willingness to work in an in-office setting in Pune, India.
  • Commitment to supporting a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 1+ years of experience in AI/cloud technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or similar, OR a Master's Degree in a relevant field, OR equivalent experience.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) or security.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
