About the Role

We need an engineer who can make cloud infrastructure boring in the best possible way. You will help delivery teams ship safely by creating repeatable patterns, tightening operational visibility, and reducing manual friction.

The Team & Impact

The Platform & Infrastructure team builds software supporting high-stakes delivery across enterprise engagements. Build and harden cloud foundations from deployment pipelines to infrastructure patterns.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Improve observability, deployment workflows, and environment consistency.
• Support security hardening, secrets management, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues with a bias toward root-cause fixes.
• Document practical platform patterns for teams to adopt.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
• Strong grasp of deployment automation, runtime operations, and environment design.
• Able to collaborate directly with application engineers on release issues.
• Genuine operational judgment and resilience mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS-heavy environments, containers, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive or public-sector hosting requirements.
• Knowledge of cost control, incident response, and service reliability practices.

Compensation & Benefits

US Salary Range:$191,000 - $253,000 USD (estimate based on experience).
