Job Type & Experience Required

• Type: Full-Time Office Role in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Hybrid/On-site).
• Experience Level: Mid-Level (2-4 years).

We are looking for a proactive Cloud Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in cloud technologies and IT support. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with familiarity in Microsoft Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for users needing assistance with Azure services (VMs, storage, networking).
• Incident Management: Monitor, log, and troubleshoot incidents via service tickets to ensure timely resolution or proper escalation.
• Basics Troubleshooting: Utilize the Azure portal, logs, and diagnostic tools to identify infrastructure issues.
• System Monitoring: Ensure optimal performance of Azure services and assist in resolving minor errors/interruptions.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed incident records and assist users with basic feature adoption via training sessions.

Tech Stack

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking), PowerShell/Azure CLI is a plus. AZ-900 certification preferred but not mandatory.
