Qualifications And Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies and IT support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services including Virtual Machines, storage, networking, and monitoring tools is essential.
- Azure Active Directory (AD), Networking, Compute, and Storage knowledge required.
- Troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues are mandatory.
- Familiarity with PowerShell or Azure CLI is a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification preferred but not strictly required. Other relevant certifications welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support on Azure services.
- Monitor, log, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure timely resolution or proper escalation.
- Utilize Azure portal and diagnostic tools to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Assist in configuring Azure resources based on standards.
- Maintain security policies and document all incidents accurately.
