Cloud Engineer (AWS)

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Achieve high availability by managing core AWS services including EC2 for compute power, S3 for storage, VPC for networking isolation, IAM for identity management, RDS for relational databases, Load Balancers for traffic distribution, and CloudWatch for monitoring.
• Ensure peak performance, robust security, and 99.9% availability by continuously monitoring AWS infrastructure.
• Implement industry-leading cloud security best practices to protect sensitive data and manage access controls effectively.
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to automate repetitive provisioning tasks, reducing human error and increasing deployment speed.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines using modern containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for seamless application deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to AWS infrastructure, networking configurations, and deployment failures efficiently.
• Drive cost efficiency by optimizing cloud resource usage through right-sizing instances and leveraging reserved pricing models where appropriate. Support strategic resource management initiatives.
