Cloud DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer (US Healthcare Interoperability) to join a fully remote team supporting US healthcare insurance clients. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills due to the client-facing nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (Azure + AWS): Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud architectures aligned with HIPAA/SOC compliance. Configure networking, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs for enterprise clients.
• Kubernetes Management (AKS & EKS): Own the lifecycle of Kubernetes clusters hosting microservices, APIs, and AI workloads. Manage autoscaling, ingress controllers, secrets management, and security policies using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build robust pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. Implement GitOps workflows (ArgoCD/FluxCD) for multi-environment deployments of web, mobile, and AI systems.
• Security & Compliance: Embed security into the SDLC through encryption, IAM strategies, vulnerability scanning, and audit logging to meet HITRUST-ready standards.
• Observability & Operations: Establish enterprise-grade monitoring frameworks and incident response protocols. Lead capacity planning, disaster recovery drills, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cloud-Native DevOps.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
Certifications (Preferred): AZ-104, AZ-303/305, AZ-400, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional.
Duties: Work on mission-critical healthcare projects impacting providers globally. Benefits include 100% remote setup with flexible hours (3 PM IST to 12 AM IST).
