Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Cloud DevOps Manager with extensive expertise in AWS, automation, and cloud migration. You will be instrumental in leading the design, deployment, and modernization of secure, high-performance cloud environments, while also automating infrastructure, migration, and CI/CD operations. This is an on-site role at our Noida Global Delivery Center, requiring close collaboration with Solutionara’s U.S.-based architects and enterprise clients on complex cloud transformation and migration programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AWS infrastructure design, automation, and migration from on-prem or legacy environments.
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline) to accelerate delivery.
• Design and deploy Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) for scalable deployments.
• Oversee migration of applications, databases, and workloads to AWS using tools like DMS, CloudEndure, or native services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Apply DevSecOps and governance controls, including identity, encryption, secrets, and policy-as-code.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and data teams to optimize performance and cost.
• Lead troubleshooting, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategy.
• Mentor engineers and establish DevOps best practices for enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation, with at least 5 years of AWS experience.
• Proven expertise in cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, VPC, IAM).
• Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and incident response setups.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills in global, multi-environment projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience migrating or integrating PIM (Product Information Management), CDP (Customer Data Platform), or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with microservices, API gateways, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Exposure to FinOps or AWS cost management tools.
• Prior experience in consulting or delivery roles supporting U.S.-based enterprise clients.
• Awareness of AI-assisted automation in cloud and operations.
