Cloud Architect

AE Business Solutions, a leader in innovative IT and Workforce Management solutions for enterprise organizations, is seeking a dynamic Cloud Solutions Architect to drive growth within their Solutions Practice. This role demands hands-on technical expertise in both pre- and post-sale enablement. You will collaborate closely with account managers to architect cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet diverse customer needs. Key responsibilities include providing engineering expertise throughout the sales cycle, developing deep understanding of client technical priorities and challenges, and mapping these to AE's core offerings. You will be responsible for architecting, presenting, and implementing technology solutions that align with customer business and technical requirements. Strong engagement skills are essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels, adapting your approach from formal presentations to informal collaborations. You will support account managers in solution validation, proposal generation, quoting, and account strategy development. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of AE's services and solution offerings, educating customer technical and business leaders on proposed solutions. Building trusted advisor relationships within new and existing accounts is paramount, as is identifying new business opportunities and engaging the sales team. Oversight of product installation and implementation, including vendor coordination, is also a key function. Ultimately, you will ensure that implemented solutions precisely meet customer needs and functional requirements.
