Closing Analyst - US Mortgage

Altisource is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Closer to join our US Mortgage Operations team. This remote role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the end-to-end US Mortgage Closing process, with the ability to independently manage files and client communication.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in preparing and reviewing Initial Closing Disclosures (CDs), processing Change of Circumstance (COC) requests, issuing Revised CDs, and coordinating/balancing CDs with Title Companies. You will also be responsible for generating and reviewing Final Loan Documents, maintaining accurate and timely client communication, and ensuring strict compliance with TRID and other regulatory guidelines. Proficiency within the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is preferred.

This is a full-time, remote position operating on a US Shift schedule, typically from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. We offer a competitive salary, night shift allowances, and performance incentives.

Experience Required: 3 - 5 years in US Mortgage Closing.

Notice Period: Preference for candidates with a 30-day notice period.
