Join Accenture's Life Sciences R&D division to support leading biopharma companies in realizing their vision. As a Clinical Data Services professional, you will manage the processing of data collected during clinical trials—including collection, validation, storage, and analysis—to ensure accuracy for regulatory compliance and successful trial outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop clinical study databases by building electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and program edit checks per specifications.
• Support updates to the study database through rigorous change control processes, including Protocol amendments.
• Analyze moderately complex problems and create new solutions adapting existing methods as needed.
• Collaborate with peers and management at client sites or within Accenture to align on strategic directions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree: BTech / BE in relevant fields.
• Experience: 5–8 years in Clinical Data Management, specifically with Rave EDC systems (experience building databases and programming edit checks).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, Java, Javascript, and PL/SQL for custom function programming.
• Soft Skills: Adaptability, problem-solving under pressure, agility to learn quickly, strong client relationship management.

Note: This role may require working rotational shifts based on project needs in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
