Clinical data specialist

About This Role

As a Clinical Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in Stryker's JR and MET portfolios (including Mako SmartRobotics, Triathlon Total Knee System, and Trident Hip System). Your primary mission is to deliver assigned projects by collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes that enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Protocols: Define comprehensive protocols for medical device data collection, maintenance, and rigorous analysis.
• Technical Execution: Maintain and execute complex MATLAB/Python scripts specifically tailored for data analysis and complaint investigations related to medical devices.
• Insight Generation: Interpret system data logs, technical reports, and medical device information in collaboration with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights.
• Risk Mitigation & Reporting: Draft detailed project reports, actively participate in surgical observations, and support risk mitigation activities to ensure compliance and safety.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field with 1–2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Solid experience with data visualization tools and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to interpret complex technical data, system logs, and medical device reports accurately.
