Join EY as an SAP BTP Full Stack Developer (Supervising Associate) in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead solution and infrastructure development for projects, translating user requirements into detailed design specifications and ensuring compliance with standards. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development process, working on Proofs of Concept (POCs), guiding team development, and identifying areas for team growth.

Key responsibilities include guiding team development efforts for successful product and project delivery, collaborating with software developers, business analysts, and architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications on SAP technologies. You will also assist in requirement gathering, user story development, estimations, and work plans.

We are looking for individuals with an end-to-end understanding of development processes, knowledge of BTP, Cloud Foundry, SAP Gateway, and CAP (Cloud Application Programming). Beneficial skills include Java/NodeJS development for cloud-native applications and integrations, understanding of cloud Identity and Access Management (SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and experience with SAP BAS and SAP BTP Cockpit.

Strong experience in SAPUI5, HTML5, or other front-end frameworks like Web IDE or Business Application Studio is required. Proficiency with Github, CI/CD best practices, and modern software engineering principles (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, releasing) is essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as test-driven development, continuous integration & delivery, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is expected.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field, with a preference for B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA from a Tier 1 institute with an aggregate score of 70% or above. We require 8+ years of experience in core design and development, with 2-3 years in cloud technologies. Experience in cloud application development with AWS/Azure/GCP, good knowledge of BTP and Cloud Foundry, and experience developing microservices architecture applications are also required.

Ideally, you will have strong analytical and logical skills with solution designing experience. You should be capable of providing technical leadership through coaching and mentorship, maintaining high software quality standards, and understanding agile methodology and scrum processes.
