The Opportunity

As a Client Support Specialist in Noida, India, you will provide exceptional client support through phone, email, and chat across various Brightly Software products. You will develop expert-level knowledge in assigned products to deliver outstanding support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client support via phone, email, and chat to ensure client retention.
  • Respond to incoming client requests efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and resolve non-routine technical issues for specific product suites, establishing troubleshooting procedures to meet daily support demands.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must be available to work the following rotating shifts or other shifts as assigned:

Weekday Shifts

  • 7 AM to 3:30 PM IST
  • 1 PM to 9:30 PM IST

Weekend Shifts

  • 6 AM to 2:30 PM IST
  • 2 PM to 10:30 PM IST
  • 10 PM to 6:30 AM IST
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 1 year of client service experience.
  • Basic understanding of internet browsers (Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
  • High energy and passion for client success.
  • Strong work ethic and personal integrity.
  • Client-first mentality with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive in self-development and persistent in learning new processes.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to complete assigned duties with minimal supervision and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Capacity to learn quickly, adapt to new information, and understand company concepts in a timely manner.
