Client-obsessed.Role & Responsibilities Own end-to-end client delivery for 2–3 active Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban, ensuring sprint goals, release timelines, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.Act as the primary client liaison—translate business needs into technical epics, groom backlogs, and lead sprint reviews & retrospectives with stakeholders.Manage delivery risks, scope creep, and escalation paths; proactively communicate delays, dependencies, and mitigation plans to clients and internal leadership.Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and QA Leads to align on velocity, capacity planning, and sprint health metrics (Burndown, Cycle Time, DORA).Drive client satisfaction through continuous feedback loops, CSAT surveys, and quarterly business reviews—building trust and uncovering upsell opportunities.Lead client onboarding, transition, and offboarding activities—documenting delivery processes, handover artifacts, and SLA/KPIs for long-term success.
