Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client connections to DTCC's network by gathering and validating client data for initial setup and lifecycle changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to configure network and authentication settings.
• Execute data delivery configurations and verifications meticulously, adhering to established procedures.
• Resolve client inquiries efficiently by navigating internal stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Manage client expectations and ensure adherence to defined turnaround times.
• Monitor and track all client queries using case management tools, ensuring compliance with Salesforce requirements.
• Provide support to clients via email and phone, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot internal alerts and implement necessary resolutions.
• Document all work performed accurately, following the Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
• Be available to provide support during weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Minimize risk by strictly following established policies and procedures, escalating issues appropriately, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
• Contribute to departmental projects and work towards achieving team objectives.
• Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities, monitoring and mitigating risks, and escalating as necessary.

The Enterprise Services division encompasses various business platforms, including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services.
