Squircle It is seeking a skilled Cisco Firewall Professional to join our team in Noida. This role involves independent resolution of network and security tickets, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribution to SOP improvements. You will be responsible for escalating critical issues, managing shift handovers, and maintaining operational continuity. Maintaining and updating the knowledge base is crucial. This position also involves coaching junior analysts on ticket handling and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during independent shifts. You will also participate in critical incident bridge calls and CoE meetings for knowledge sharing and system/process upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently resolve network and security tickets within SLA guidelines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for security operations.
• Provide inputs to update and improve SOPs and work instructions.
• Follow escalation processes for unresolved or critical issues.
• Manage shift handovers and maintain continuity of operations.
• Update and maintain the knowledge base with relevant information.
• Coach freshers and analysts on ticket handling, capturing critical information, and correct routing.
• Technically upgrade systems and processes across environment versions as needed.
• Participate in Sev1/Bridge calls and CoE meetings to share and acquire knowledge.
• Manage independent shifts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
