Cisco Fire wall Professional

We are seeking a skilled Cisco Firewall Professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role involves working within a 24x7 shift environment to provide continuous network security monitoring and support.

Responsibilities include applying a strong understanding of ITIL principles, security domains, and industry best practices. You will be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network security infrastructure.

This position also supports the design and improvement of security processes, ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks. Key tasks involve preparing business requirement documents for automation and process enhancements, participating in pilot testing and rollout activities, and developing training materials.

You will conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance adherence and publish analytical reports for stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve process alignment across IT and business functions is essential. Continuous learning through research, analysis, and benchmarking of evolving security trends is also a requirement.
