Chief of Staff (CEO's Office)

BiteSpeed is seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO in our Bangalore office. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth, revenue operations, and international expansion in a fast-paced, Sequoia-backed startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Strategy: Partner with sales teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and pitch strategies.
• Operations: Establish robust tooling and processes for revenue planning and sales performance monitoring.
• Expansion: Lead 0-1 initiatives for international market entry and develop new growth channels, including partnerships and events.
• Leadership Support: Work closely with the CEO on enterprise deal management and high-level strategy.
• Collaboration: Align with Customer Success teams to drive upsell opportunities and churn reduction.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of strategic experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Proven background as a founder or a founding team member.
• High agency, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth settings.
• A "get-things-done" mindset with a passion for generalist business functions.
