Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA holder, or Semi Qualified CA to join our finance team in Delhi. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting for NCR-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements compliant with regulatory standards.
• Assist in developing audit plans and programs to ensure thorough review processes.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and prepare detailed reports highlighting areas for improvement.
• Analyze complex financial data to provide strategic insights that support key business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to maintain strict adherence to accounting standards.
• Support end-to-end tax preparation and compliance processes for Delhi NCR operations.
• Provide critical assistance in financial forecasting, budgeting activities, and variance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Possess CA qualification or be a Semi Qualified CA currently pursuing the course
• CFA certification is highly preferred for this role
• Demonstrate strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS standards
• Practical proficiency in ERP systems including QuickBooks, Zoho Books (Xero), and SAP
• Showcase excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Maintain sharp attention to detail with superior organizational skills
• Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities for client interactions
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
