Synkka is eliminating this problem by building AI-native infrastructure that empowers global vendors to design and deploy delivery networks using AI and natural language. Our technology, just one year old, already supports major global brands. We are now seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing team.
The Role: Architect of the Ecosystem
This is a high-energy, relationship-building role focused on securing the supply-side partners essential to our AI-driven promise. You will be the face of Synkka at global events, transforming conversations into significant commercial partnerships. We are looking for individuals with the executive presence to engage CEOs and the technical curiosity to challenge CTOs.
Your Priorities:
- Hunting Strategic Channels: Identify and secure vendors that merchants rely on, adeptly navigating organizations to reach key decision-makers.
- High-Stakes Networking: Represent Synkka at global conferences, actively engaging attendees and securing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
- Ecosystem Validation: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams in London and Poland to ensure the partner network is scalable.
- Moving Fast: Thrive in a dynamic environment where momentum is critical. This role is for those who embrace rapid progress.

- The Connector: Proven track record in Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, or Product within the Logistics sector. Comfortable and energized by high-pressure social environments and extensive travel.
- The Translator: Ability to articulate Synkka's value proposition to non-technical COOs and discuss complex technical details like API bottlenecks with engineers.
- The Outcome-Obsessive: Driven by tangible results, such as new partner signings, rather than the volume of meetings.
