The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of software development or engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on CCaaS platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE CXone, or Twilio Flex.

Key technical requirements include:
