This role is pivotal in developing cutting-edge risk transfer solutions for clients within the dynamic autonomous and mobility sectors. As a lead advisor, you will cultivate strong client relationships, provide strategic risk management guidance, and leverage your expertise to address complex client needs. Responsibilities include acting as a lead advisor for mid-sized portfolios, understanding client business priorities and risk strategies, and developing tailored solutions based on exposure analysis and market knowledge. You will collaborate with Placement and Advisory Leaders to execute renewal and placement strategies, assist in client presentations, and propose innovative solutions to secure new business. This role also involves partnering with Placement to negotiate and evaluate carrier quotes, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client service, and ensuring the highest quality in all client deliverables, including monitoring delivery and invoicing for client satisfaction.
