Role Overview

• Achieve excellence in the design and implementation of novel technologies to support robust application development.
• Develop reusable code libraries and frameworks for scalable future use.
• Drive performance enhancements, ensuring superior system supportability and generality across platforms.
• Takes independent ownership to own, architect, write, and test high-quality production-grade code.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent Java programming skills with a strong portfolio of enterprise applications built on the Java platform.
• Proven experience utilizing JAVA tuning tools for optimization.
• Familiarity with Kafka and Redis technologies is considered an added advantage.
• Mastery in as many of the following areas as possible:
• JDBC Driver implementation
• Multithreading and concurrency models
• Unix environment proficiency and Shell scripting capabilities
• Solid understanding of fundamental networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, SIP, Diameter, CAMEL, and SS7.
• Proficiency with application servers such as TOMCAT, JBOSS, and WEBSPHERE (preferred).
• Knowledge of SipServlet1.1 architecture is preferred.
• Mandatory skill set in Oracle database administration and PL/SQL development.
• Expertise in code versioning tools like Git and Maven for collaborative development workflows.
• Adeptness in creating complex database schemas that accurately represent and support core business processes.
• Possess strong problem-solving, analytical acumen, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a global team environment.
