Your Impact in Gurugram:
Based in our Gurugram office, you will join our global Life Sciences and Client Capabilities Network. Within the Life Sciences practice, you'll be a vital part of the Life Sciences Intelligence (LSI) team, comprising around 100 professionals in analytics, knowledge, capabilities, and insights. Our Life Sciences practice supports clients across Commercial, R&D, and Operations, as well as functional joint ventures.
As an Analyst, you will conduct in-depth industry analyses, stay abreast of industry developments, and support consultants in applying cutting-edge knowledge to client problem-solving. You will also have the opportunity to directly serve clients within your areas of expertise.
Leverage your life sciences industry experience to act as a thought partner on pharmaceutical operational aspects, including manufacturing networks, external supply management, and supply chain optimization. Analyze the emergence and impact of digital and automation technologies in these areas. Codify existing knowledge and best practices to develop new fact packs, summary perspectives, and research products. Develop and lead analytical products, such as benchmarking studies and cleansheeting products, ensuring high-quality, client-ready deliverables that are complete, synthesized, and logically structured.
Over time, you will mentor new team members and peers, contributing to junior colleagues' professional growth. Assist the knowledge management team by fostering strong communities across practices and offices, and building robust links with knowledge professionals and consultants firm-wide.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Engineering degree in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering. An MBA (Pharmaceutical Management), M.S. (Pharmacy), or M.Tech (Biotech) is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Indian pharmaceutical operations consulting or industry, focusing on supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or procurement.
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts.
- Proficient IT skills, including data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), analytics, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Highly inquisitive and innovative with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills; ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive solutions.
