About the Role: Campus Recruiter in Noida

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida. This role will be instrumental in implementing and managing our campus recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for entry-level positions and internships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for building relationships with universities, effectively executing recruiting events, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for aspiring professionals in the data analytics field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring goals for our Noida office.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities across all tiers, as well as student organizations in the region.
• Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events, including on-campus and off-campus interviews, career fairs, and networking sessions relevant to Noida's talent pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements for internships and entry-level positions.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for interns and entry-level candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to assess performance and continuously improve our campus recruiting strategies in Noida.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in campus recruitment, preferably with a focus on the Indian market.
• Strong understanding of campus recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams.
• Educational qualifications: B.Tech and MBA in HR are preferred for this role.
