Campus Recruiter

Sigmoid Analytics is looking for a motivated Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for implementing and managing our campus recruitment initiatives, aiming to attract top-tier talent for entry-level positions and internships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building university relationships, executing recruitment events, and managing the entire recruitment process for campus hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement campus recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities and student organizations.
• Organize and manage campus recruitment events, including interviews, career fairs, and networking sessions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements for internships and entry-level roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for campus candidates.
• Track and analyze recruitment data to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in campus recruitment.
• Solid understanding of campus recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively.
• Educational background: B.Tech and MBA in HR is preferred.
