Role: Campus Recruiter - Bengaluru Office

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. This position is crucial for implementing and managing our campus recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for entry-level positions and internships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong university relationships, executing engaging recruitment events, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement campus recruitment strategies that align with overall hiring goals.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with universities of all tiers and student organizations.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including on-campus and off-campus interviews, career fairs, and networking events.
• Partner with hiring managers to clearly define hiring needs for internships and entry-level roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and entry-level candidates.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment data to evaluate performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience specifically in campus recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of campus recruitment processes and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different teams.
• Educational background: B.Tech and MBA in HR are required.
