Role Overview: Campus Recruiter

Sigmoid Analytics seeks a driven and dynamic Campus Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in implementing and managing campus recruitment programs to attract high-caliber talent for entry-level positions and internships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for building university relationships, orchestrating recruitment events, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement campus recruitment strategies that align with overall hiring objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with universities of all tiers and student organizations.
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, including on-campus and off-campus interviews, career fairs, and networking events.
• Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand recruitment needs for internships and entry-level roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment process for intern and entry-level candidates.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience specifically in campus recruitment.
• Proficiency in campus recruitment processes and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Educational background: B.Tech and MBA in HR.
