About the Role: Campus Recruiter
Sigmoid Analytics, a leading Data Solutions company, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bengaluru. This pivotal role involves implementing and managing campus recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for entry-level positions and internships. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for cultivating relationships with universities, expertly executing recruiting events, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective campus recruitment strategies that align with organizational hiring objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with universities of all tiers and student organizations.
- Organize and coordinate a variety of campus recruitment events, including on-campus and off-campus interviews, career fairs, and networking sessions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand specific hiring requirements for internships and entry-level roles.
- Manage the comprehensive recruitment process for both interns and entry-level candidates.
- Track and analyze key recruitment data to measure performance and continuously refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of dedicated experience in campus recruitment.
- A solid understanding of campus recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Educational background: B.Tech and MBA in HR are required.
