About the Role: Campus Recruiter
Sigmoid Analytics is looking for a driven and energetic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This pivotal role involves developing and managing our campus recruitment programs to attract high-caliber individuals for internships and entry-level positions. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering relationships with academic institutions, orchestrating impactful recruiting events, and overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute campus recruitment strategies that align with our company's hiring objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with universities of all tiers and their associated student organizations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment events, including on-campus and off-campus interviews, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the talent requirements for internships and entry-level roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for intern and entry-level candidates from sourcing to offer.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of dedicated experience in campus recruitment.
- A solid understanding of campus recruitment processes and leading industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Educational Background: A B.Tech combined with an MBA in HR is highly preferred.
