Full Job Description
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in communication and data processing transformation, seeks a talented Camera Implementation Engineer to join their Santa Clara, CA team. This role involves developing robust implementation infrastructure for Camera IP, integrating and deploying Camera cores, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal camera system performance. You will leverage your expertise in Camera Engineering to research, design, develop, verify, debug, implement, and validate complex camera systems, hardware, or firmware. This includes work on Camera Image Signal Processors (ISP), 3A algorithms, Image Quality, features, and tuning tools, as well as logic design, modeling, design verification, and power optimization. Key responsibilities include performing architecture and algorithm decomposition to define hardware specifications, ensuring high image quality, system performance, and meeting ISP area and power metrics while addressing customer requirements. The role demands close collaboration with diverse teams to design and optimize camera systems, hardware, and software. You will also be responsible for writing detailed technical documentation for complex Camera projects. Experience with the RTL to GDS2 flow, synthesis, static timing analysis, formal verification, physical design, and ECO generation/verification is essential. This position offers a full-time, onsite opportunity in Santa Clara, CA, with a competitive salary range of $167,000 to $251,000 per year, along with a discretionary bonus, RSU grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
