C++ - Engineering Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for our C++ development team. This role requires a leader with deep technical expertise in scalable system design and strong managerial acumen.

Key Requirements:

• Total Experience: 10-15 years in the tech industry, including 2-4 years specifically in technical leadership or management roles (approximately 10+ years total).

• C++ Expertise: Mastery of C++ development, STL containers, multi-threading concepts, algorithms, memory management, and efficient resource utilization.

• Architecture Skills: Proficiency in enterprise architecture, scalable system design, performance optimization, networking principles, and microservices implementation.

• Lifecycle Management: Extensive experience managing the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment for large-scale software products.

• Leadership & Communication: Ability to articulate complex trade-offs clearly, make informed decisions, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Passionate about fostering engineering excellence in code quality, testability, security, and release management.

• Mindset: Self-driven, motivated, and capable of operating independently while driving impactful results.
